Telkom and their terrible service

<p>1. When I took the phone on contract at Telkom Cresta I was never told about an excess fee, nor was I told about how I would be made to pay a penalty of the phone should get ******.</p> <p>2. When I took the insurance with TELKOM I was not informed about it being with Finrite, to make it worse I was not sent a policy to see if I would accept this excess or not.</p> <p>3. I then was told on Monday ( 20th March 2017) that I have to pay excess and when I asked how much it would be I was told by Lebogang that she could not tell me that because it would "depend", what it would depend on exactly there was no clear indication.</p> <p>4. From the time I have gone to report my cellphone ****** I have the worst ordeal with Telkom employees who's famous line is " I can't tell you that Mam' "</p> <p>5. Telkom has been so unprofessional, from Telkom not acknowledging when I have made payment, to getting an ITC number almost late, to being called by Telkom representatives to be told " Well this is how things work Mam' " I have had enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>6. I then called Telkom to report all of this and the consultant on the other side then was silent and had no answers for me. </p> <p>I don't deserve this from two companies who I pay. I have not had a break ever since I took this contract and this for was the last straw. I don't know how your training is for your workers but it needs to get better, I can't be asking for help when everyone who I'm talking to tells me "We don't deal with this Mam' " </p>
