Telkom and their Technicians are ******!!!

On the 19th December my router got struck by lightning and my internet was off, on the 20th i logged a ticket with Telkom ref: ********** 1 on the 28th a technician came to my house to check the internet, he said there is nothing wrong with the internet my router is damaged. he then told me because the internet is fine he has to charge me a call out fee of +- 300, he said if there was something wrong with the internet he wouldn't have charged me a call out fee. today i went to Telkom and took a new router on contract because the technician said mine was damaged, after connecting the new router there is no internet!!!!! so i was charged for a call out fee for nothing!!! i bought a new router for nothing!!!!! Telkom needs to be held responsible for this!!!! i have to pay this contract because of their idiot technicians!!!! its almost a month and i still have no internet and i will be billed!!!! I will never recommend Telkom to anyone!!!!!!!!!
