Telkom and their stinking customer service

Telkom consultant called me around Black Friday last year. I accepted his offer of 2 Samsung Phones for R389 per month. 2 months later and I am still waiting for the phones to arrive. They never had stock was always the excuse. My contract is up for renewal. I gave up on the special offer. Went to a store to renew my contract only to be told that my contract was renewed in January 2023. I never received a call to this effect or got a new phone. Telkom blind leading the blind. Lots of other expressions that I could use to voice my frustrations at such an *********** business. Now all i want to do is cancel my contract with these lazy .........
