Telkom and their service is a big joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an LTE router with a sim card online. It was delivered on the 19th of June and they said that it would take up to 48 hours to activate the sim card. Today is the 28th and my WIFI is still not active. I have phone Telkom everyday and everyday they tell me that they will raise it with back office for my sim card to be activated. It has been 7 working days and it is still not activated. When I call the 081180 Telkom number they also tell me that they cannot help me I have to phone the sales side, the sales side then says the same but tells me I have to phone the 081180 number. I have been thrown back and forth and no one can fix the problem. IF MY WIFI IS NOT ACTIVATED TODAY I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEPS AGAINST TELKOM. and they must not expect me to pay anything for this month!!!!!
