Telkom and their ******* service

I am highly disappointed at the pathetic service I have been receiving from Telkom. They are on a huge marketing drive promoting their March madness special. I am trying to order one of their products online but nobody from Telkom is phoning to give any information of what is happening. Telkom customer care number 10213 is the most hopeless and ******* customer service, they don't know how to answered the telephone. It makes me wonder what do the staff at the call Centre do the whole day. Surely the can't be so busy that you hold on for over an hour. If Telkom want to have all these big promotions, they must know how to provide the services customers need or they should not have such promotions. I hope someone from Telkom can assist me with the problem which I highly doubt because Telkom is very arrogant and don't need our business.
