Telkom and their ridiculous poor customer service!

I don’t know how to feel about this network that is taking advantage of us especially during this time that we are going through as a nation. This is not the first time this is happening to me. Every time I add data on my number as soon as I get a text saying it has been loaded it is gone.

I don’t know if this is how you should be treating your customers! This is ****ty service and this is ridiculous! Telkom is the worst network one could have. I tried cancelling my contract and I haven’t even gotten a response with regards to that because they said I would be contacted but still. Instead I got a text saying case has been closed.

This is unbelievable!
