Telkom and their poor standard of service

<p>Telkom has a fault logging service, we called and logged a fault only for us to have to follow up and be told that it hasn't been attended to yet and unfortunately a technician hasn't even been assigned to this fault yet! It's rather annoying that telkom offers such poor service being such a recognised service provider. It's like issue a reference just to get rid of a customer. It's pathetic! 3rd day down I'm sure tomorrow will be another day to drag it on....</p>
