Telkom and their pathetic services

I took a 24 months data contract with Telkom in July 2018 and it was supposed to end July 2020. According to them I now need to request a cancelation. They have been charging me for data I have not even received for all the other months. And now my credit score is getting negatively affected. Someone please save us from these ********** *******s.
