Telkom and their non urgent response ???

The service is absolutely pathetic!!!

Telkom wired was pulled out the pole and the matter was sent through. A week later and Telkoms response is " due to Covid there are no technicians available and our situation is not classified as urgent ".

Well Telkom we have sick members in the family who actually the need the phone to communicate with the doctor but yes that is not an urgent matter.
