Telkom and their non existing equipment

Ok so ive posted a few times here about this already but hey why not again. So my lines been off for a month now with no feedback when i phone them they say they have ordered new cables. Well this is not on and breaking contract rules. How can a company that work with telephone lines not have the only equipment that they work with. They keep taking my cell number and say they are escalateing but as soon as jy want to follow up on the number they supply it doesnt exists. This is poor and beyond realy.
