Telkom and their LTE BS...

Dear Telkom What I'd love to know is... Why do you guys say your LTE and LTE-A is the the best only to find out that there are places in South Africa your network does not cover. I live about 45min from Jozi on the west and wanted internet only to find out that their 'LTE and LTE-A' does not cover where I say, not even 3G, ***. Telkom make a plan or you going to loose my cumsumers...
