Telkom and their insurance very pathetic

I'm really not happy with Telkom and their so called insurance. Firstly they changed their insurance underwriter without informing me, I only found it on social media. Trying to get hold of this new insurance is such a nightmare, it's being three months trying to get my device insurance canceled because I can't. This @adminplus don't bother to respond to the emails not even action something you discuss over the phone. After two months my device insurance was canceled but I'm still charged for the services I'm not using. When I called Telkom to remove it from billing, they told me to contact adminplus whom they don't bother to action anything on their side. I can't continue like this,I will end up ending my relationship with Telkom and move to another service provider because they are the ones who are putting me through this ****. Finrite administrators were way better than this new administrators. I can't continue to lose my money in Telkom and their so called insurance partner,never. What I want is my money that's it.
