Telkom and their incompetency

Telkom is probably the worst network in the history of them all, along with their consultants. I am in disbelief of their incompetency. I had bought 2gig data on the 13th of October to this day I have not received it due to technical difficulties which i reported same day and I was told to expect feedback after 72 hours ... only on the 18th did I receive a message that my issue was resolved and I would receive the data within 72 hours , which was supposed to be on the 21st, still too long of a wait for something you have paid for.252 I have called multiple times to report that 11 days after buying the data I still have not received it, and have spoken to multiple consultants and 2 MANAGERS who are not doing anything to speed up this process .... 11 days ? Telkom should really respect their consumers.
