Telkom and their incompetence coupled with thievery!

Telkom are the worst internet service provider I've ever had the unfortunate luck of dealing with. We opened a data SIM deal for 20GB @R99/month. Never thing they started debiting whatever day they felt like and not even the R99 but over R400. I paid in advance for the next month and guess what they still tried to debit that amount again. I go to the Atlas Mall branch to cancel the contract and the rude woman said we need to write a letter and sign it to cancel. We decided not to go back to Atlas Mall Telkom branch after her unhelpful and rude behaviour, so we decided to the Eastrand Mall branch the kind lady said we didn't need the letter and she did her job and cancelled the contract. I'm sure they'll keep trying long after the contract is done and dusted. And be careful not to pay your account through their useless website that keeps throwing errors when you try to anything including downloading your account statements.Never again!!
