Telkom and their horrible service

I ordered a fiber line through telkom and vumatel telkom being my ISP and vumatel the fiber connector. Vumatel did the installation a month ago im waiting on telkom for their internet , its been over two months now and i still dont have internet connection, ive been instore on social media and even spoks to the telkom representatives non of which helped . All they tell me is that my order is not yet processed. I urge anybody that wants to take up a contract with telkom to rethink their decision.
