Telkom and their evil

<p>hello Peter</p> <p>i am Stanley Kunene, I recently got a call from telkom to upgrade my data subscription from 10 gigs to 20 gigs. I was promised to receive the package on Tuesday after the 20th of June 2016. Upto today I received nothing. Went to telkom they told me the package was active without me receiving it. I have been moved from pillar to post trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I asked them to cancel the dubious transection and nothing was done. Please help. The people at the telkom store in Vanderbijlpark Vaal mall said they can't help.</p>
