TELKOM and their Empty Promises

12APR22 I received a call from Tyler Kisten at Telkom calling about my online enquiry about the iphone 13 contract that I had viewed and asked for a callback a week prior.

Tyler assured me that they have good deals and I too said that so far yourl do have good deals for the iphone 13 128GB. I told him however I have had issues with Telkom in the past and having to chase up all the time, he assured me that He would take care of it.

After numerous mails back and forth as I could not open the attachment mail for the contract, he eventually sent it to me via Watsapp on ***. I filed out the contract and sent it back to him with accompanying documents. He responded with my *** and said my documents and contract well received and I should receive my phone within 7 working days.

27APR I chased up with the call center and they could NOT pick up ***. I explained to the the above with Tyler Kisten as the person who assisted me. They asked me to call back the Watsapp number. When I called back, Tyler answered my called and was shocked to hear me, he then proceeded to say that He was off work hence it wasnt dealt with. I told him i Have the call center on the line and they could not pick up the refernce number. He assured me it will be done.

It is now 08MAY22, almost 4 weeks since I sent in my documents and still no response after many chase up attempts (I have all mails to prove it).

Can someone from TELKOM of reliable customer service contact me to conclude and not someone who is making empty promises?
