Telkom and their cronies are a bunch of ******

<p>In the beginning of June I was contacted by a company named cell/sell direct or the other way around who market's and sell on behalf of Telkom they offered me this incredible deal that sounded too good to be true which was followed by 2 more phone calls and I accepted but on the 24'06'2016 the courier delivered but not what I expected I went to blueroute mall(Telkom) who told me they can't help who then send me to Kenilworth(Telkom) who send me back and still not being helped phoned the number given spoke to corinho McKenzie who was supposed to get me the phone recording never got back too me...wich results in me having too phone again speaking too Beren Heerall telling he will phone the couriers to come collect the package that's almost 2months ago....a guy named Keith called me from Telkom customer Carmen explaining again and he saying he will sort out the matter with his manager (empty promises)never heard of them again and today I was slapped with a hefty Telkom bill of R1681 for a device and SIM that was never activated who Is trying too ******* who your customer service stinks like a sewerage I have never used your device come and collect it please it's ****ing me off I'm so not paying</p>
