Telkom and their ******** activities

A debit order is always going off in my account for Telkom contracts that I have no knowledge of and when I call no one is willing to assist. It's like Telkom is working with these ********* to open up accounts we have no knowledge of and their customer service is so poor that they even hang up on us. It has been months trying to resolve this issue with no luck.
