Telkom and their atrocious services

I find the service from Telkom completely atrocious. You know I enter into a contract with them, running away from Vodacom cause of such nonsense and boom I am stuck with the same ridiculous service. I have been trying to get someone call me via Twitter DM since 09:57 this morning and I am being sent from pillar to post and chatting to bot that asked me to fill out my details and no one has called me since.

I then chatted to "HP" who is just as clueless as the poor chat bot. This "HP" is just copying and pasting things and did not even bother to call me and seems to just wanted to get rid of me. Now my issue is that I received a sms about tariff changes, mind you when you enter into a contract you do so under the impression that you will pay the same amount for 24 or 36 months, well clearly that was the biggest lie. On top of that, the sim card given to me by Telkom is no longer active and has not been in use for a while so help me understand why my tariffs are increasing?

I give up on these companies and if you want a contract, DO NOT go with Telkom or Vodacom, you will live to regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
