Telkom and their arrogant staff

I have never dealt with people as rude as the staff at Telkom phoning me to upgrade my contract. Besides the fact that they don't take no for an answer, they phone constantly, to the point that I have blocked their numbers. More so than the irritation that they are, the attitude of each and every person who has phoned me is so disgusting I can't even believe that these people are allowed to deal with customers. How is it possible that multiple people have the same horrible arrogant attitude?? They insist that you have to renew your contract and when you decline they become hostile and what I can only describe as them trying to force their will upon you. They are arrogant and just plain rude. I have never dealt with such likes before and I will not be renewing my contract and I will not be recommending to anyone else to renew their contracts too. Telkom, listen to those conversations that are being recorded for quality and training purposes.
