Telkom and their agents are unhelpful and clueless

I have made several calls to telkom and have also visited their stores. I receive 10 gigs of Telkom LIT for music streaming, however for months now i am being charged for streaming and the LIT remains unused. Their agents are clueless and unhelpful. They keep saying that someone will get back to me but no one ever does. I have incurred extremely high bills because of this. Telkom has proved to completely useless and their agents lack knowledge about their own products and services.
