Telkom and the ****py service they offer the customers

My telephone line and internet has been off for almost a week now and still no one has came out to come and attend to this issue after I logged a call. This is the 3rd time in 2 months that this is happening and I'm fed up of the **** service that telkom is giving there customers.

Telkom is quick to send out billing papers and quick to withdraw money from one's accounts but when it comes to service delivery then telkom don't care and take their own time to fix problems.

Telkom shouldn't evens get a 1 star rating. Zero star they deserve for their pure incompetence.
