Telkom and the non refund iasues

Is telkim also a company that *****s from their clients? We have been waiting since end of December 2019 for a refund on an overpaid account. They have our banking detail. They are not responding on telephone call enquiries or emails. It is not about our almoat R500 but about the principal, and if they do it to us, how many other clients are affected?
