Telkom and the awesome non existent service

<p>I would like to know how such a useless company still has customers?<br />Cause your service is non existing at my complex for the passed month.<br />Everytime its the same old story cables have been ****** but funny enough the complex next door has adsl so i would like to know if they maybe get internet via some adsl signal in the air.<br />I have been off for well over a month i have spent so much already on 3g and yet you guys are still not up why am i paying for such a **** service.<br />I dont wanna hear any stories i want the issue sorted NOW!!!!!</p> <p>I dont want to hear the following questions because i know it works.<br />1. Is my router working : YES<br />2. Did i check with my ISP: YES <br />3. Switch the router on and off: NO I WONT!!!!<br />4. Restart my pc: NO</p> <p>My whole complex is down for the passed >>>>>>> month <<<<<<<< !!!!!!</p> <p>My ref nr: ********** 37</p>
