Telkom and terrible service

I am really not happy with Telkom, I have waited for over a month for Fibre to be installed and now I want to cancel they are not processing my cancellation to add, Telkom eastgate employees lost my phone or stole it as it came back from repairs and the waybill is signed for, I called everyday and they keep on promising me to call me
