TELKOM AND STAFF HAVE BECOME USELESS

Telkom is ********** and the staff are absolutely useless to say the least, they have debited my account willy nilly, then I get charged unpaid fees, they debit on the wrong dates, the staff are clueless and speak as if they are some kind of sleeping medication, they are always angry and never have enough information to assist a customer, then I get told that my payment will reflect in ten working days, while during this time i have to be without internet connection/ WI FI, they literally couldnt give a damn about what they are putting customers through, its so unprofessional and a lack of professionalism, I cannot wait to finsih my contracts with telkom, they are rude and ***********, I regret moving to telkom, I should have just stuck with MTN as I was doing so for many years, never had a problem, this telkom lot are going to lose many customers due to their incompetence and disregard for human capital............totally disgusted
