Telkom and spending money that's not theirs same whatsapp group

Good day

I got an offer to purchase to have sim card through contract via telephone conversation with a consultant they offered a deal for R69.00 it escalated to R372 sometimes R377. I dont have the sim card anymore I lost it and asked Telkom to disconnect it but they failed to do so. Now I have debit orders of something I didn't apply for with more money i dont have. Please deal with the issue
