Telkom and skynet Worldwide

I'm very disappointed in this companies skynet and Telkom . Since I have been waiting for my parcel from Telkom on the 17 December to be delivered even now I have not received the parcel, when I call Telkom as I placed an order from them they gave me a waybill number to track it from Skynet but at skynet it says is been delivered and they didn't get anyone to receive it and I have been at work this whole December.
