Telkom and Skynet Couriers have terrible customer service

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Telkom mobile and the painful experience that I've been through just to get a new phone. While I understand that there's a waiting period for new stock, the lack communication, the phone being returned to Telkom by the couriers after no attempts to deliver or call me, to me waiting another month for stock, to now having to deal with the very *********** Skynet couriers who do not have any type of customer service. All to get a simple phone. Telkom needs to do better with the type of service they give to their customers. I know have to wait at work everyday till 5pm/6pm in hopes that Skynet will deliver. TERRIBLE!
