Telkom and shady deals

I took out a telkom contract in May for the router and data, when i called to check the progress of ny order i was told that there were actually 4 contracts of the same product under my profile. I spent an hour cancelling the other three as they were openened *****ulently. When i finally received my router and sim the following week i experienced network problems, imagine my suprise when i called telkom and the consultant struggles to assist me because the contarcts i cancelled still exist evem after receiving a message from telkom that my case was resolved. I spent another hour cancelling that contarct where i was told that i will have to pay a cancelation fee because that contract has router, pay for something i never took out and explained a week back that i want to cancel it!!!! After spending so long on the phone and believing that my problem was resolved i reveived a message that my order is on the way. Hello, which order because i canceled it??? Now i will be forced to turn the delivery back because i refuse to pay for something i didn't order. I will not be recommending telkom to anyone ever!!!
