Telkom and sales direct ********* call agents

Telkom employs ********* sales and marketing call centres to trick people into taking wasteful contracts. An agent called my mother on 14 Jan to sell her upgrade on existing data contract for R99 a month. They phoned again on 15 Jan to 'talk' about the 'deal'. As my mother does not understand the technical details she asked that I listen to what person was offering. The sales agent let me understand that they offered her a R99 and 2 sim deal with total monthly cost of R180 then. This was not what was offered in the first call with her which was only R99. This shows that the sales company employs ********* tactics. Telkom and Sales direct can cancel the whole deal
