Telkom and promise

Twlkom advertised all these great offers however there is no phones anywhere in stock. I wanted a iPhone 12 Pro however no stock, not even in the warehouse. Then to make it even worth the service personnel at the desk assisting me was a rude and obnoxious as he'll. My first ever bad experience at Telkom. Though with business being as thought as it is that there will be better service. Poor poor service
