Telkom and P&P Attorneys

Telkom and P&p attorneys. I canceled my Telkom service in May and I received a cancelation notice telling me that I will receive a final bill. I have not received a bill but I got an sms telling me that I am owing *** and that I have been handed over to p&p attorneys. I note that Ed B also had such an experience. I will not pay anything until I get the promised final bill.
