Telkom and P & P Attorneys

I have cancelled my telkom land line in December 2018 as we moved and they could not connect my line as there was no lines. I have 3 cancellation reference numbers. They kept handing me over after talking to telkom on the phone over and over explaining this and with this I eventually got it sorted out in 09/19. I even checked on my credit score and have confermation from nudebt that the matter has been cleared. To my suprise I got a new account in November 2019. I mailed the collection agency, that said no all cleared on their side. I contacted Telkom, which told me they cannot find any invoice or statements (although I got a email from Telkom). Now I have P & P attorneys on my back stating they will blacklist me after I explained and send all the proof that I do not have a telkom line anymore!!! Is Telkom and P & P Attorney in one bed (does Telkom have shares in this company). I have had it with Telkom and P & P Attorneys (especially their ********l bullying) and it seems I am not the only one... there is alot of customers with the same story. I will never make use of ANY telkom product again!!!! I will take this as far as possible, and will not leave this here!!
