Telkom and Oppo ****

My wife went to Telkom Mall of Africa in September to get a new phone. An Oppo representative in the store told her that if she took the Oppo phone she would receive a free smar****ch. Today she still has not received the watch only empty promises. How can Telkom allow this **** in their branches? Beware!
