Telkom and OpenserveZA

On Monday I logged a call with a Telkom informing that our line was down. Tuesday a technician was assigned but never made contact with me.

They claim that a cache has been ****** and can’t confirm when connectivity will be restored. This is absolutely appalling given that I spotted Open Serve technicians sitting in their cars doing nothing. Telkom’s customer care service is so damn useless!!!
