Telkom and Openserve....USELESS!

Been waiting for a month and a half for Telkom and openserve to come sort out my move order. Been into Telkom 4 times now and when I get hold of Openserve because Telkom are as useless with customer service as usual, they also have no solution. Useless business collaboration between the 2 companies.
