Telkom and Openserve service is terrible

Still no internet and wifi. Telkom and openserve is not attending my problem for almost 2 weeks. I hope Telkom will deduct the 2 weeks I dont have service from my account that is R849. I logged a call the 25th of June. And logged the call on the app and email. Without any response. Im cancelling my Telkom account with immediate affect.
