Telkom and Openserve

Constant problems with my fibre and internet service. Log faults and always get “cleared”. But same problem happens on weekend nights every week. It is so obvious that they have not put enough bandwidth into the area, so at peak times, speed drops to 1/5th of what we are paying for (should be getting 60MBPS). Telkom Blames Openserve, Openserve blames Telkom. Even though its the same group. Firing them tomorrow. Use someone else
