Telkom And Open Server – Installations

I app**** for Fiber at Telkom. When I received the call to confirm my installation date I was surprised because it was a week from the date the order was placed. On Monday 23 July 2018 the team of Open Serve was supposed to install the fiber at my residence. FYI – the access point is in front of my house. They asked me if they can postpone the installation due to supplies they need and they want to finish another job first. This is after I already called my cleaning lady and paid her for the day (R150). The installation was moved to 26 July 2018 at 9:30 the team did not arrive yet after the technician said they will be there at 9:30 and do the installation. Surprise. NOTHING HAPPENED! So they moved it to today. So my cleaning lady was there yesterday and today, (R300) to sit there and wait. Nothing happened up to now so Maybe it will happen next week? Another +-R300 more for the cleaner to sit and wait. If I know Open Server and Telkom is going to give me this service, they don’t want my money. I should have gone with another company. This is very bad service.
