Telkom and NuDebt

Telkom and NuDebt is the worst companies I have ever seen. My debit order dit not went off so I made a payment to NuDebt because Telkom already handed my account to them. I have made a payment on the 20th January and now still showing that the money is still outstanding and in the meantime Telkom is again trying to debit my account for this money. Numerous calls and emails and no reply from NuDebt. Bad bad bad
