Telkom and Nudebt - dumb and dumber

I am continually being harassed by Telkom for a service that never worked - my landline, adsl and wifi was constantly out of order. I paid for months for a landline that was out of order ref numbers below - Telkom employs Nudebt who cant read to try and get money out of me. What pathetic service!!!! the call centre agents from new debt keep sending a standard note...the more you try to explain the dumber they seem to be. Telkom and Nudebt are pathetic
