Telkom and nudebt do nothing

I keep getting phone calls and emails from Nudebt on behalf of Telkom mobile stating that my account is in the areas by R369 for May 2015, I paid my account in full on the 26 May as I always do on the 26th now two weeks after that they started with everything. When I spoke to them they said I must email my proof of payment which I did two days later they phone me again so I email again. I've faxed it though and emailed it through 4 times now and I'm still getting emails and phone calls. I am sick and tired of this when they have all the proof and still do nothing. If this is the service you get I don't recommend Telkom mobile to anyone.
