Telkom and Nudebt debiting wrong person

I have never had a Telkom contract or purchased anything that I know of. Recently a Debt Collecting company has been trying to deduct money from my Absa account on behalf of Telkom for Money that I owe. This is not correct and is *****. I have tried to make contact with debt collect company as well as Telkom with no success. What is my next option? Open a case?
