Telkom and Nudebt Are ****mers!

Telkom is a **** I took 2 routers on contract on the 1st week of August 2025. They have started to debit my account on 30th of September 2025. The debit bounced and then on the 2nd of October I have paid the amount online. It never reflected on their system until 22nd of October. Even though it reflected on their system nudebt harassed me with smses saying I must pay R926 I have showed the lady at telkom, she said I should ignore that sms because I have paid. On the 24th October they have debited the R926 and when I went to complain at the shop they said it is not reflecting. Now nudebt is harassing me saying I am behind with R364. I don't know what to do please help.
