Telkom and NUdebt

Good day, I have been in a fight with Telkom whereby they pushed debit orders on my account which was paid three months apart. This story escalated so far that NU debt got involved to recover monies from me which was not owed. Nobody listen to me or even take the time to review my recons and invoices and payment over the whole two years I had the wifi. I am busy with the consumer board but if there is anybody out there that has a contact where i can lay a complaint it will be helpfull.
