Telkom and no insurance on sell contracts

What is there to say.. Telkom yust sell a contract.. Sign and off you go.. Then i got ****** on the train.. Went back to telkom.. No sir you don't have sell insurance.. Nobody explained that to me.. Thats what Telkom does.. So sir take out another contract.. Telkom stink..
