TELKOM and new WIFI phone a huge failure

We received a call from Telkom that the landlines will be discontinued in the near y future and replaced by their new WIFI phones. Telkom offered to give us the new phone free of charge. When they installed it worked for a couple of weeks and then it stopped working 100%. Our customers cannot phone in and sometimes only phoning in 3 times it works. We advised TELKOM that this is a business and that we cannot receive any phone calls. They were not very willing to help and said they can log a call but it takes 72 hours... This product is not safe to use and there is no help if you call them....same story as all the years we are used of the non existence customer service.
