Telkom and Nadhira Khan; Nikiwe Zwane and Dharmer Mohan

Telkom has falsely advertised on their Website, have not received my range extender or LIT box, I have called through and Nikiwe after about 20-25 mins decided to take my call after she has put me on hold until now (over an hour) she refuses to give me her managers details (Dharmer Mohan), useless pathetic service, Nikiwe has a serious attitude problem and clearly does not know client service.
